300 m from the beach and 300 m from the village center, in the middle of a garden of 600 m² in a very quiet environment, 2 independent houses, cozy, for 2 families, large family or couple of friends. One with 2 bedrooms, ideal 4 people but possibility 6 beds, shower, toilet, kitchen, living room dining room with stove (60 m²). The second 1 bedroom, kitchen living / dining room, shower / wc ideal 2 people but possibility 3 beds (30 m²). Each house is equipped with internet and tastefully decorated. The garden is equipped with a large parasol 2 garden tables, barbecue, ping-pong table available. Beach and shops on foot. Possibility to park 1 car in front of the house. Private parking at 100 m available. Additional information on request

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Entspannter Aufenthalt im Sommer 2020 mit Hund. Kommunikation mit Vermieter und seinem Beauftragten vor Ort unproblematisch und freundlich. Die beiden Gebäude werden vom Eigentümer selbst genutzt und befinden sich in den letzten Zügen einer Grunderneuerung. Sehr saubere Räumlichkeiten (diesen Zustand zu halten war aufgrund des sandigen Hofes zwischen den beiden Gebäuden schwierig). Fünf Minuten zum Wasser zu Fuß. Grundstück eingezäunt, insofern konnte der Hund frei herumlaufen. Ein PKW passt auf das Grundstück, ansonsten eben auf der (ruhigen) Strasse.
