The space:
The property is located on Calle Rio, on the edge of the historic Old Town of Marbella. Along this street guests will find bars, restaurants, shopping and supermarkets. From the property, the beachfront promenade and sea are 4 minutes walk away.
The property is split over 3 floors + a rooftop terrace. On the ground floor, and through the front door is the living room (with A/C), guest bathroom with shower, Bedroom 1 with a 135cm wide bed (perfect for kids or smaller adults), the full equipped kitchen, and the outdoor patio (where the washing machine is located). The first floor can be accessed either by the stairway inside the house or by the staircase from the outdoor patio, which provides access to all floors of the property and the rooftop terrace. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a 150cm wide and Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. The bathroom has shower/bath.
The final bedroom (Bedroom 4) is located on the second floor and can only be accessed from the exterior of the building by the exterior spiral staircase. Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds.
The rooftop terrace offers exceptional views of Marbella's Old Town Church, and is an excellent location to soak in some Summer Sun!

Pro’s: location - easy to walk to old town, beach, resturants, park, bars. Air conditioning was great in every room, good showers, basic amenities covered. Roof terrace was nice, good addition to property and good view. Safe and secure house, kitchen has basic things.
Cons: Could do with a spruce up. Some easy things like mirrors in the bedrooms. Fix the table and umbrella on the roof terrace. Some small light on the roof terrace if it gets dark on an evening. It was also a little dirty when we arrived, with both dust on some surfaces and sand on the floor.
Worth it for the location, affordable place to stay.
