The proximity of the beach (lifeguard) 300 m walk, the walled garden make the house ideal for a family with young children. The biggest surf schools deliver courses on the beach.

La maison est idéalement située prés d'une très belle plage surveillée. Cette plage est accessible à pied en 5mn. La maison est confortable et très bien agencée. Petit bémol j'avais choisi cette location avec un critère qui m'était indispensable, soit une salle de bain avec douche. Or la douche avait été remplacée récemment par une baignoire et les photos sur le site de Abritel ne tenaient pas compte de ce changement ! L'entretien du jardin laissse à désirer, c'est plutôt une dune de sable pleine d'herbes ! La propriétaire est une personne charmante et malgré ces petits inconvénients nous avons passé un bon séjour. Je vous recommande donc cette maison notamment si vous avez de jeunes enfants, tout est prévu pour eux.

Nice location, mice in the cottage

The house is very close to the beach, which is very nice. The cottage is very spacious and has good facilities (especially the kitchen), however the cottage and especially the garden are a bit unkempt. We had booked 3 nights but unfortunately left after the first night. During the night we were woken up by constant rustling. Turns out these are mice in the house, which we could visually confirm in the kitchen and living room. We found this disgusting and not an accommodation we wanted to continue staying in (especially with our 5 month old baby). We therefore left after one night. We contacted the landlady the next day and asked for a refund - she was understanding and let us know that a major renovation was being planned. She refunded us one night out of three - still we would not recommend the accommodation in its current state.

Sehr schönes Objekt-Ideal für einen Strandurlaub

Das Haus ist ideal gelegen für einen Strandurlaub Wie dort überall ist es recht sandig. Wir können das Objekt rundum empfehlen. Besonders angenehm war das einfache und unkomplizierte Ein- und Auscheck Prozedere. Ein schönes Haus und ein super Urlaub Gerne wieder

Sommerurlaub in La Tranche sur Mer / La Terrière

Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt hinter den Dünen am Meer in einer ruhigen Straße. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich außerdem ein toller Garten mit Pinien. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem tollen Haus verbracht und viele tolle Ausflüge zu kulturellen Sehenswürdigkeiten unternommen. Am Abend konnte man immer wunderbar am Strand entlang spazieren gehen und den Sonnenuntergang anschauen. Ich kann das Haus, die Lage und die Gastgeber sehr empfehlen. Ein tolles Haus für einen Sommerurlaub!
