Beautiful home in Madrid

Spacious home with beautiful pool and gardens in a nice neighborhood with many embassies nearby. The owner greeted us to tour the property and shared that it was his family’s home. There was fresh food, milk and juice in the fridge along with Nespresso and tea available. Multiple large and well appointed bedrooms, lovely dining and sitting / TV area. Housekeeper on property who cleaned daily. Easy walk to nearby restaurants and amenities. Overall a lovely oasis in the city.

Fantastic house for families. Very helpful and friendly host.

We were 2 families with kids traveling together and the house suited us very well. The neighborhood is quiet but only 3 blocks from restaurants, cafes, bars and grocery so we liked having many options for food and drink that were easily walkable. The pool and outdoor covered area is where we spent most the time but the 4 bedrooms (3 of them large) all with in suite bathrooms and nice closet space were appreciated by all. The hosts, Rosa and Carlos, we super helpful and responsive!

Amazing House and Wonderful Stay

When booking this property, we wondered whether it would be as nice as the photos. The answer is YES! This was the perfect place for our families (with kids) to spend time together while visiting Madrid. This house is beautiful with excellent amenities. The daily housekeeping and pool cleaning made this a very comfortable stay. In addition to all of the features inside this large home, the pool and large outdoor space were awesome. Additionally, the property managers were very helpful. We really appreciated the opportunity for early check-in after long overseas flights. If you're considering this property, book it now! :)

Real Madrid

This property is as pictured. In fact, it’s a bit bigger than I thought it would be. Plenty of natural light and windows that open to let in fresh air. All the windows have exterior black out shades as well. The property provided a maid who came every morning at 11am and cleaned the common areas. She would also clean the bedrooms and make the beds if you allowed her to. The outdoor space is wonderful, there is plenty of room around the pool and plenty of furniture both in the shade and in the sun. The four bedrooms on the second floor all have en suite bathrooms and three of the four bedrooms are large, even by American standards. The kitchen is fully equipped and the host provided some basic food and drink as well as coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. The induction range takes a little getting used to. The living and dining area is spacious and well appointed. The neighborhood is residential and is quiet but you’re just a few blocks away from restaurants and shops. There are two metro stops within two to four blocks. I never felt unsafe walking around the neighborhood or Madrid for that matter. If there is one thing to complain about it’s the road noise from one of the streets bordering the property. I’m not talking about honking horns or loud pedestrians, it’s just the noise of the cars moving. The noise is nothing out of the ordinary for city living and it would not prevent me from staying at this property again.
