This 65m2 apartment is very cozy. It offers many advantages, is ideal for a family of 5 people. It can however accommodate 6 people thanks to the sofa bed.
A heated entrance hall.
A beautiful living room with wood stove, kitchen open to the living room and the dining room.
A first double bedroom with double bed (160x200), French window opening onto the terrace.
A 2nd bedroom with bunk beds (90x200), and a single bed 90x200 with French window also opening onto the terrace.
In the living room the sofa bed offers a very good bed (140/200)

A beautiful wooden terrace where you can eat in summer and store skis in winter, a beautiful L-shaped balcony to admire this beautiful landscape.

Lovely clean chalet in quiet location and good parking.

This chalet is a really good family stay just outside Chatel. It has excellent outdoor space outside of the bedrooms for morning sunshine breakfasts and a shared small garden with table and chairs. Parking is fun, it's on a stone pontoon but is long enough for the largest of estate cars. Inside the chalet the bedrooms are comfy and excellent as long as you are a small or young family, I'm not sure 3 large teenagers would cope with the triple room, but for a family of 3, it was perfect. There is also a separate toilet and the shower is decent, clean and large enough to wash without soaking the floor. The kitchen/dining area was large, really well equipped and spacious. The outdoor BBQ a bonus and easy to use. The lounge area features a large excellent sofa, wide enough for 3, but more comfortable chairs or an extra sofa would be a bonus for larger families. It's worth noting for some people that it's not easily walkable to Chatel as you need to use the main road. An excellent super clean and comfortable chalet in a quiet location.

Tout a été parfait dans notre séjour. L’appartement est très bien équipé et très confortable ! nous n’avons manqué de rien.Nous avons apprécié notamment les contacts avec Christine, l’espace, la literie, l’agencement, la douche, etc Nous reviendrons c’est certain ! Seul petit point d’attention, il faut prendre la voiture pour aller skier.

Superfijn appartement, schoon, zeer compleet ingericht, echt alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig! Bedden liggen heerlijk en goed van formaat, is nog weleens anders. De ligging van het appartement is heel rustig. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om naar de piste (of iets anders ) te gaan. De skibus komt wel kangs maar er is helaas geen halte. De eigenaresse reageert snel. We komen graag een keer terug

Très belle semaine de vacances

Le chalet est très joli et vraiment très bien équipé, calme. L'environnement est reposant. On se sent à la campagne et en même temps l'accès aux commerces est proche. Cet emplacement géographique nous a permis de visiter les bords du Léman et la Suisse en étant à 45 min d'Evian ou de Montreux par ex. Sans compter les randos possibles en montagnes. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur excellent contact.

Très bel appartement et bien équipé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L’appartement est très beau, très bien équipé et dans un joli cadre. Vraiment superbe. A noter que l’emplacement ne permet pas de se rendre dans le village à pied, il faudra prendre impérativement la voiture (mais ce n’est pas très loin). Aussi, 2 bémols toutefois : - le wifi qui est vraiment très très moyen. Le réseau 4G passe très mal dans le chalet. Si juste pour du loisir pas de souci, mais si vous comptez travailler un peu, cela peut être compliqué. - l’insonorisation insuffisante avec l’appartement du dessus. Attention si il est occupé par une famille peu attentive (ce qui fut notre cas).

Excellent séjour aux portes de Chatel dans la jolie vallée d Abondance

Appartement très chaleureux, confortable, propre et bien équipé (avec tout le confort moderne) dans charmant chalet typique. Nous avons eu un très bon séjour. Nous avons pu prendre nos repas dehors ce qui était très agréable. Très bon accès à toutes les randonnées de la vallée d Abondance. Nous recommandons chaleureusement. Une de nos meilleures location de vacances

Tout y est pour être bien: Cadre magnifique / terrasse au soleil le matin et une autre à l’ombre le midi/bbq/ équipement de cuisine plus que complet et électroménager parfait (lave vaisselle lave linge congélateur ) plaque induction . Tout est Bosh/ jouets et jeux de société Dans une petite impasse idéale pour des enfants. Par contre pas de commerce accessible à pied . Tout doit être fait en voiture. Séjour exceptionnel. Appartement très agréable et confortable et vraiment adapté à une famille avec 2 enfants (même 3 vu les 5 couchages). Literie confortable. Le jardin est un vrai plus avec des enfants. Tout près de toutes les commodités de Châtel et grande surface accessible à 5 minutes. Point de départ idéal pour de nombreuses activités de la région en été !

Très chouette appartement très bien équipé

Nous avons passé un chouette séjour à Châtel. L'appartement de plein pied était très spacieux et très bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié le fait d'avoir un machine à laver. Quel plaisir de faire de bonnes raclettes avec du fromage d'Abondance. Disposer d'un barbecue était aussi très pratique. Le soir, nous avons pu faire un feu de bois . Nos jeunes étaient ravis de pouvoir disposer d'un bon wifi et de Netflix . C'est à recommander les yeux fermés.
