Right in the center of the port of Locquirec, the sea at its feet, the beach opposite, all the shops and the sailing school less than 100 meters away. Exceptional location.
After several years of renovation, the villa is now completed with high-end services: large living room of 65 m2, with American kitchen and high quality appliances (American fridge, wine cellar, large granite worktops, .. .), a large picture window opening onto a terrace.
After the beach or going out to sea, you can go back directly by the "return from the beach" with its large walk-in shower, and use the heated changing room with combinations and other equipment.
Three modern bathrooms, one huge with bath and Italian shower, sea view directly from the bath!
The garden overlooks the sea, with a panoramic terrace, heated in summer to extend the evenings late.
