Apartment located on the first floor of a three-storey building. The apartment is made up of two bedrooms plus a living room, kitchen and bathroom.
It is located in the center of the town and is about 400 meters from the sea and 300 from the railway station.
The apartment is air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It is specified that the daily rate does not include the tourist tax of € 1.50 per person for a maximum of 10 days, therefore it must be paid upon arrival at the facility. A photocopy or photo of the identity document of each guest is also required for the relative communication to the Police Headquarters (State Police).
Children up to the age of 10 do not pay the tourist tax.
