Water Garden 10 is a detached river location award winning architecturally design property offering 5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms (2 en-suite &1 family bathroom) and a separate WC, sleeping a maximum of 10 guests plus 1 infant sleeping in a travel cot. 5th bedroom/study has a double sofa bed (AVAILABLE ON REQUEST ONLY) with views to the front of the property. Please advise if the sofa bed is required. Please note this is a small study that gets converted to a bedroom with limited storage space. TV and DVD player, black out blinds, built in shelves.
A travel cot (size L104 x W60cm) is available at a supplement of £15.00, this is charged for separately by us after your booking is confirmed. (A flat bottom sheet is provided, however, a quilt and pillow are NOT provided due to health & safety). A high chair is available free of charge. Please advise if the travel cot and high chair are required?
Complimentary access to the on-site ArtSpa, a luxury spa with slate lined 20 metre indoor and outdoor heated pools (shut in winter), outdoor plunge eco pool, steam room, sauna and treatment rooms for a range of massages and spa beauty sessions (bookable at an additional cost).
Heating is provided via underfloor heating, with a wood-burning stove in the living area (logs are not provided).

Seating arranged with a large corner sofa which creates a cosy place to relax in front of the log burner (logs not supplied). 40inch Samsung TV with Freeview.

Double wardrobe, divan bed, two bedside tables and direct access to a balcony where you can enjoy the uninterrupted views.
Second Bedroom Neutral double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, incorporating large shower, mirror & heated towel rail. Double wardrobe, bedside table and direct access to a balcony.

We are old friends and wanted lovely location to just catch up in comfortable surroundings which is what we got.
The only negative was there were no cushions to fit the roof top terrace sofas so we didnt get to enjoy it.

We wish you called us on our 24/7 number and we would have directed you such a pity you did not enjoy the deck, may be next time.
Huge house, very clean and attention to detail is amazing. Every thing thought of from fully furnished kitchen to games, tennis rackets for onsite courts, fans in most bedrooms etc. Perfect, quiet location but all big amenities a short drive away. Check in was seamless, how to guides inside the house were super useful as well. Would recommend to friends & family and would love to return!
We came in 2021 to this location but different house. We really enjoyed our stay so we came back this year for a weekend break and we had expanded our group due to our raving about our first visit so needed a bigger house. This one was perfect for us. Really well stocked and comfy and plenty big enough for us all. The only thing missing was a BBQ but we managed.

Just to clarify, we do not supply barbecues for health and safety reasons and that's why we do not advertise it, our arrival letter mentions it as well, I am sorry if you did not spot that.

Lovely house, which was well equipped and comfortable. Felt the restaurant could have been bigger for the amount of people on site which was always fully booked. A larger shop would have been useful. But we all had a great time and would certainly recommend.
Unfortunately first property we stayed at had an ant Infestation so we had to move to another property on the same site. The operations manager Jai was very efficient in dealing with this issue. The property was well furnished, had some nice touches for kids (bookshelves with kids books, Duplo bricks etc.) And spotlessly clean. The area was great, close to the swimming pool and play areas. Only issue was that it would have been better if we'd been asked if we wanted a different property before we arrived considering they knew about the ants as having ant powder down on the floors when you have three small children staying is not ideal, nor is having to unpack and then repack to move. Other than that, it was a great stay.
Spacious, well equipped house. Everything as described. Swimming, cycling, boating, playground and restaurant all a few minutes walk away. Wonderful long weekend for 3 generations
Perfect shady location for a hot, sunny week.
It would have been useful to know about the timing restrictions for rentals in the pool/spa.
The roof garden was a real bonus, especially for shooting stars and a giant moon!
The property was as described...big, spacious and well equipped. However in need of a little attention. Dining table needed sanding and sealing, place mats were stained, curtain in main bedroom partially off the rails and decking was in need of attention. There did not appear to be enough cushions for the roof deck although we didn't look too hard as the weather was not great. A barbeque would have been a nice touch as would the ability to change the heating...got a bit cold. However this could be seen as being picky as it was a great property but at £1430 for 2 nights you would expect as near to perfect as practically possible. The site itself is quiet, safe and well looked after with enough activities but you do need to book most things. The on site catering is limited. For take away read pizza only and then you had to book the day before. The restaurant had to be booked also and we had no chance due to shortage of staff. So, in summary, do not expect perfection, take plenty of your own food and book activities as soon as you can.
If you do this you will have a great holiday.
Fabulous villa, very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Kitchen well equipped. Roof terrace would have been great if the weather was kind!!! Would definitely return.
