This beach property is located on a cute lot approximately one football field to the beach on the bay side of Via DeLuna, the main road on the Island. It is one mile from restaurants, boardwalk and the pier with palm landscaped nice sidewalk and bike path. A Free Shuttle is available just in front of the street in Summer Months. Beautiful drive and bike/walking paths to the National Park Seashore.
Calm bay water for kayaking and safe swimming is located 1 block away and the boardwalk is nearby.
Local vendors, shops, convenient stores , gift shops, surf shops, Aveda Spa near.
