About this property

In the pretty and well-kept residence of Porto Luna Is Traias, only 150 m from the nearest white sandy beach and about 2 Kma from the village centre. The cottage has a breathtaking sea view and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 games room, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6/7. The house is on 2 levels as follows

1st Level: small games room, double bedroom, living room with kitchenette, 2 bathrooms with shower/WC and large veranda equipped with table and chairs to spend relaxing moments and also be able to have a barbecue while enjoying food with a panoramic view over Cala di Porto Luna and Punta Molentis and Serpentara Island.

2nd Level: small double bedroom with air conditioning, exit to the back of the house where there is a small garden with covered veranda and panoramic terrace with a view of the gulf of Simius Porto Giunco beach, on Capo Carbonara, the Island of Cabbage, the secca Dei Berni and finally the lagoon of Notteri, barbecue and outdoor shower. Parking space.

- CHECK IN: FROM 17:00 TO 20:00 - SELF CHECK IN FREE WHILE IN PRESENCE for arrival € 30, after 20:00 € 50 (for arrivals after 20 we must still be informed).

Badeferien mit Ausflügen in der Umgebung

Villasimius kleines Städtchen mit vielen guten Restaurants und Badebuchten. Freundliche Menschen. Haus mit fantastischer Aussicht über das Meer und Landschaft, zwei schöne Sitzplätze. Haus innen unzumutbar. Defekte Möbel. Im Schlafraum im UG Schimmel an den Wänden. Bettwanzen. Vorhänge defekt. Müllabfuhr problematisch, Müllcontainer muss Mieter selber ins Auto laden und eine Strecke von 8 km in die Müllabfuhr bringen. Dort wird man als Tourist von einer Stelle zur anderen geschickt. Unglaublich. Empfang freundlich, aber wenig hifreich!

Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir hatten einen wundervollen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Aussicht aus dem Haus war unbezahlbar traumhaft. Der Blick auf die Buchten. Die Ruhe. Einfach perfekt zum entspannen. ( wir sind um Pfingsten dort gewesen und es war generell eine sehr ruhige Reisezeit mit wenig Touristen) Kerstin und ihr Mann waren sehr liebevoll. Wir waren stets in einem engen, Guten und verlässlichen Austausch und Kontakt. Egal welches Anliegen wir hatten, es wurde sich umgehend darum gekümmert. Wir haben uns sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch die ganze finanzielle Abwicklung verlief verlässlich und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank Kerstin auch an deinen Mann Liebe Grüße Mira

Amazing location and setting, outstanding, personalised service

The place is set in an idyllic location, with sea views from the front and the back of the house and a beautiful terrace overlooking the Is Traias beach. Giampaolo made sure that our stay was perfect and he looked after every single detail and request we had. A dream holiday indeed! Thank you Giampaolo, we will be back!!
