The Space:
The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a double bed and shower, and the other with two single beds; there is another bathroom with a bathtub; a living room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi; the kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, including a washing machine and dishwasher.

The Neighborhood:
It will be located at Rua Sociedade Protectora dos Animais, less than 10 minutes on foot from the entrance of the Estádio do Dragão and just 500 meters from the Dragão Metro Station, making it easy for you to get around the city.

Nearby, you'll find one of the city's hidden gems, the São Roque park, which conceals a romantic maze of hedges. Just 500 meters away is the Alameda Shop & Spot shopping center, where you can find everything you need, from fashion stores to restaurants and a large supermarket.

There is an extensive public transportation network available at your disposal.

Other Things to Note:
To make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into effect. The €2.00 fee, included in the price of your stay, applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person, per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.

If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be determined upon request.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on the cost of water, electricity, and the internet/TV package of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest.

Important note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but may affect our guests' stay.
