The Volticciole of Il Podere La Pace

The Podere La Pace is part, together with other farms, of the Fattoria La Valle which stretches over several hectares in the heart of the Tuscan countryside very close to the sea of the Etruscan Coast which for years boasts the Blue Flag of its waters.

Podere La Pace, which dates back to 1850, has been the subject of a recent renovation, following the sale
of the house and the garden that surrounds it. We have renovated the entire upper part of the building in detail, respecting the typical Tuscan style with wooden beams and bricks for the roof, fixtures in brown wood and
porcelain stoneware floor by Manifattura Del Duca.

The apartment called "La Limonaia" was renovated in 2019, located on the ground floor, with independent entrance and equipped with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with sofa and TV.
The windows, naturally equipped with mosquito nets, overlook a large garden with olive trees and various fruit trees, allowing our customers to enjoy the tranquility typical of our hills. Alternatively you can spend days at the beach, or follow the itineraries of the many cities of art nearby such as Pisa, Florence, Castagneto Carducci and Volterra.
