An amazing 4-bedroom farmouse for 8 people with a big private swiming pool located in Civray near Poitiers (86) in this beautiful region of Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
At the ground floor you can find a fully equipped kitchen, a huge dinning/living room with a big table where everyone can eat together, sofa and tv. The house has also a laundry room with a washing machine.
At the first floor there are 2 rooms with double beds and 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each. There are also 2 beautiful bathrooms and another couch.
Outside you can find a large terrace surrounding the swimming pool. There is also a private garden where children can play without worrying about the pool. What's better than a barbecue and a glass of wine to enjoy the warm summer nights ?
