Finca DEL VALLE is a rural house for 15 people near the historic center of Jaén, Andalusia.
The house is rented complete as well as the pool with complete privacy.
Located in an idyllic setting of extraordinary beauty and a few kilometers from the historic center of Jaén and its Cathedral, this house is ideal to disconnect and rest while enjoying the cultural heritage of the capital of Jaén.
The main floor has four double bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, a terrace and an en suite bathroom with bathtub, another with two single beds and another with a double bed, in addition to sharing a bathroom With bathtub these last two bedrooms.
On this same floor there is also a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a laundry room and a pantry.
From the kitchen you access the upper floor, fully attic and in which the remaining six bedrooms are distributed, five of them with two single beds and the sixth with a single bed. There is also a bathroom with shower and a common terrace for this entire floor.
The house is built mostly with the old stones of the houses of Jaén getting a harmonious aspect that maintains the spirit of the old and unique houses of the region.
From the middle of May to the middle of September you can enjoy the pool.
