Nous avons été étonnés en recevant les conditions prévues par notre loueur une fois tous les frais réglés: il était annoncé que le loueur se donnait le droit d'annuler la location ou de nous reporter sur un autre lieu éventuellement plus cher. C'est ce qui est arrivé: 10 jours avant la date de notre séjour, on nous annonçait que le logement n'était pas disponible et que nous étions basculés sur un autre, heureusement sans surcoût. Nous avons eu un logement peu adapté à notre groupe avec des chambres minuscules, dont une mezzanine aménagée dans un garage pour 4 couchages très peu confortables. De plus c'est la première fois que l'on nous facture d'office des frais de ménage, de surcroit élevés, pour ensuite nous demander d'enlever et rassembler les draps et de déposer nos poubelles dans les containers de ramassage. Il y avait des points positifs dans ce logement, mais globalement nous n'avons pas été contents.

OK but dirty
Floor grubby, our socks were filthy within an hour of our stay. Dining table filthy. Bedroom en suite no toilet. Sofa cover was stained and covered in dog hairs. Only one small pillow each.
Great location, 10 mins walk to gondola, bars, supermarket n restaurants 5 mins, bus stop bang outside door.
Summing up, spacious enough for 4 adults, 2 children,(bunk beds too small for adults) dated appt but OK, no excuse for cleanliness as we paid over £100 cleaning charge on leaving but was dirty when we arrived, location fantastic
