First Floor: Accessible via an outdoor staircase, the first floor features an intimate living space and a traditional kitchen that opens to a balcony. The floor also includes a bedroom with two single beds and another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower.



Second Floor: This top level boasts panoramic views and opens to a terrace with lounging furniture. Inside, a country-style dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen create a warm gathering space. The floor also includes a double bedroom with terrace access and a bedroom with two single beds, along with a spacious bathroom with a shower.



Outdoors:



Villa Cartenì’s outdoor areas are designed to capture the tranquil beauty of the Amalfi Coast.



Patio and Garden: A main gate entrance leads to outdoor spaces featuring shaded lounging areas, a barbecue setup, and al fresco dining under a traditional pergola. The garden path extends to a private pool area furnished with sun loungers and surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens, offering expansive views.

Other Things to Note:

Pool Heating: Available from April 1st - June 15th and September 15th - October 30th. Please request in advance.



Events and Gatherings: Events require prior approval. Unauthorized events are not permitted.



Accessibility: Due to multiple floors and stairways, Villa Cartenì may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
