The layout includes two comfortable double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and a charming mezzanine with a double sofa bed – for extra guests. Fans are provided in every room to keep the atmosphere fresh and pleasant.



The kitchen is fully equipped and conveniently located next to the dining area, ready for you to prepare delicious meals and snacks to enjoy with family or friends. The living room is cosy and inviting, featuring a comfortable 3-seater sofa, two armchairs, cable TV, and Wi-Fi throughout the house – to unwind after a sunny day by the pool or exploring the countryside.



Outside, the villa opens to spacious, private grounds where time slows down, complete with a charcoal barbecue for easy outdoor grilling. - Excessive rubbish must not be left.

- Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.

- Prior identification of all guests is mandatory to comply with legal requirements.

- Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, payable on-site.
