Newly built three-room apartment in the countryside in the open countryside with a large garden and private parking space located 10 minutes from the sea by car and 10 minutes from the center of the town of Castagneto Carducci.
The house also has a TV with a satellite dish antenna system where you can also see German channels.
The house is with air conditioning double bedroom kitchenette and terrace where it is possible to eat. entering you are in the living room kitchen.
In addition, upon arrival, a tourist tax of € 1.00 per day will be requested for each guest.

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal im Haus von Ciro. Uns gefällt die Ruhe. Das Haus ist zwar sehr klein, aber für 2 Personen genügend, da man ja die meiste Zeit außerhalb vom Haus ist. Dieses Jahr gingen wir mehr nach Babbona zum Meer, ist zwar etwas weiter weg, aber der Pinienwald und die wilde Küste war genial. Negativ war dieses Jahr, dass es sehr viele Mücken vor dem Haus hatte, weil es in den 2 Wochen (03.09.22 bis 17.09.22) ab und zu leicht regnete. Die Mücken kamen pünktlich immer um 16:45h.....

Schöner Ort um zu entspannen.

Schönes kleines Häuschen im Olivenbaumgarten. Es ist ruhig und alles gut gepflegt. Ciro ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns mit frischen Eiern/ Erdbeeren und Pfirsichen versorgt. Man kann problemlos mit dem Rad zum Strand radeln (ca. 6 km), es gibt hierfür einen Radweg der hinter dem Bahnhof in Donoratico beginnt. Der ganze Aufenthalt war schön und ist für geruhsame Tage sehr zu empfehlen! Schöne Grüße Herry & Doro

Erholsamer Aufenthalt inmitten von Olivenbäumen

Kleines Haus in schöner Alleinlage, inmitten eines grossen Gartengrundstücks mit Olivenbäumen und weiteren Bäumen. Auf dem Land zwischen Donoratico und Castagneto Carducci, die Zufahrt nur ein kurzes Stück Schottterstrasse. Ruhig gelegen. Auf dem Grundstück baut der Besitzer Ciro etwas Obst und Gemüse an und kümmert sich um die Hühner und Poldo, den lieben Hund. Ciro ist äusserst gastfreundlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit, es gab soger frishe Eier und Bohnen aus dem Garten. Das Haus ist ideal für zwei Personen und war für uns gut ausgestattet. Das Bad (keine Fotos online) hat ein WC, eine Dusche, Waschbecken mit Schränkchen, ein Bidet und ein Fenster. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und die angrenzende Wiese sowie der Garten mit Liegestühlen sehr entspannend. Kurze Wege nach Castagneto C., Donoratico oder ans Meer. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Grazie mille !

La descrizione sul sito non corrisponde alla ben più affascinante realtà. Basti pensare al bellissimo vasto prato inglese che circonda la proprietà, immersa in un immenso ulivo. Proprietario super-disponibile.
