Perfect apartment

Comfortable apartment in a perfect location. The owner of the apartment was very helpfull i would highly recommend renting this apartment.

Bellissima location, e proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Zona molto tranquilla, ma con le biciclette messe a disposizione si raggiungono facilmente il centro di Marina di Castagneto Carducci e le spiagge. Esperienza davvero bella, ci torneremo.

Super Appartment!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der absolut schönen toll gelegenen Wohnung für Junge Familien! Ein Beistellbett mit Rausfallschutz, ein Babybett und einen Baby Hochstuhl gab es auch . Daumen hoch! Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die beiden Fahrräder welche man nutzen kann! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten schöne Sommerabende auf dem Balkon (dieser hat sogar eine Markise) :) Überall sind Mückengitter vorhanden, was ein abendliches durchlüften problemlos möglich macht - wenn man keine Klimaanlagen mag🙃 Als unser Rückflug gestrichen wurde, war der Vermieter sofort ansprechbar und hat uns zwei Tage mehr als geplant in der Wohnung ermöglicht👍👍👍

Wie letztes mal alles war schön,sauber und gut gepflegt. . Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und es hat uns Spaß gemacht hier unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne moderne und geräumige Wohnung

Ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub am Meer. Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht, auch Fahrräder, um zum freien weitläufigen Sandstrand nördlich des Ortes zu fahren. Für den Abendausflug bietet das Hinterland mehrere schöne historische Städtchen.

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage

Die Wohnung war sauber gut eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist nett und bei Rückfragen schnell reagiert. Wir haben uns fast wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und würden dort gern wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Vacanza mare e relax

Marco, il proprietario, è una persona carina e disponibile. Ci ha dato dei suggerimenti sia per le spiagge sia per mangiare e località da visitare. La casa è in un quartiere tranquillo, pulito e ventilato. L'appartamento dispone di tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza e ben arieggiato ed il letto è comodissimo. Consigliamo per famiglie. sehr schöne, angenehme Wohnung in ruhiger Gegend

Freundliche Vermieter; schöne Wohnung in super Lage für 2-3 Personen, in der Küche alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Gute Matratzen, gut funktionierendes Internet, 2 Balkone, sehr angenehm: Fahrräder, auch für Kinder. Guter Aufenthalt garantiert!

Come sentirsi a casa...

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo bellissimo appartamento! Marco e Letizia sono stati davvero gentilissimi e disponibilissimi (anche con chi come noi non riesce a partire o arrivare in giorni o orari classici)! L'appartamento è nuovissimo e super accessoriato! c'e perfino la lavastoviglie e due climatizzatori (mai usati visto che c'era sempre un venticello e l'immobile essendo nuovo è anche molto isolato!) la posizione è in un quartiere di nuova costruzione e davvero tranquillo! con le biciclette messe a disposizione siamo riusciti a raggiungere le spiagge attraverso la pineta e il paese di Donoratico.. che altro dire.. di tutte le vacanze fatte fin'ora questa è la prima volta che ci sentiamo come a casa! grazie!!

alloggio praticamente nuovo, ben arredato e completo di ogni comfort, inserito in un contesto di villette a schiera di recente costruzione. un po distante dal mare (circa 800 mt, sotto una pineta) ma grazie alle bici disponibili con alloggio, problema risolto. ottimo punto per escursioni sulla riva degli etruschi.
