About this property
Lake Home on a Peninsula on Lake Nagawicka.
Enjoy a relaxing vacation on the east shore of beautiful Lake Nagawicka. This charming lake home is located on the end of a peninsula, so you'll enjoy swimmable frontage, wildlife and lake views from every room. Lake Nagawicka is perfect for water sports, swimming, fishing and sailing. Explore the lake by stand-up paddle board or kayak (two boards and two kayaks included) or take in the views from the upper or lower deck. Lake frontage is swimmable, solid-ground frontage. Most of our guests rent a pontoon boat. Our frontage is deep enough to easily navigate to our pier and we have a bumpered area to moor the boat during your stay.
If your booking is in the winter, the lake is a perfect place to enjoy winter sports. You can ice skate, snow shoe, ice fish or ATV on the lake throughout the winter months.
Upper deck has an outdoor dining area and porch swing. Lower deck has an outdoor bar with bar fridge, TV and stereo, lounge furniture, fire table and gas grill. Yard games are also included (bags and bocci ball.)
No parties or events. Max guest-8. Any additional guests need to be approved.
This is a pet-friendly rental.
Owners request access to the pier and boat. You may occasionally see us walk down to the pier to hop on our boat during your stay.

The property is perfect for our group. It features four distinct gathering spaces so each age group can find their own space when desired. The location on the lake is protected by a little bay making boat docking easy, even for an old guy! Mark and Tracey always accommodate our need for water toys of all kinds. We haven’t made a decision about next year but I think we will coming back.
Fantastic week. The home and location were beyond my expectations. Owner was proactive and responsive.
My favorite part was morning coffee on the deck looking over the lake(or was it the evening boat rides?) The whole family enjoyed the time.
Definitely worth renting the pontoon boat.
Already planning next year.
A couple of minor issues were quickly resolved by our hosts. In addition, they went out of their way to provide skies, wake board and ski vests. The paddle boards and kayaks were used on a daily basis. We especially enjoyed the various gathering areas when our groups overlapped and needed their own space. Overall, an excellent experience.

This property provided an excellent backdrop for two families (10 adults) to share the home / weekend together. The home was very comfortable, clean, and on a wonderful lake setting. The lakeside campfire was especially enjoyable. We would definitely recommend to others!
We had an amazing time here with our family. Only wish we had stayed longer. Frontage off the pier is shallow but swimmable and the kids loved it. House was in great shape and the deck made for great grilling and drinks at night. Great time overall!
Tracey's lake home has it all for family fun. Beautiful location with generous use of paddle boards and kayaks. The open concept main area and amazingly versatile lower level was perfect for our family.
This was the perfect retreat for our family during the 4th of July. Tracey was very accommodating The home had everything we could have ever wanted. Everyone had a wonderful time. Our only regret is that the week came to an end.
Had a blast and the location was amazing. Weather was chilly but we enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Great set up for our family gathering. The views of the lake and from the deck were lovely.

My husband and I love traveling, time with family and almost anything outdoors. We love our lake home and hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Our family believes in "making special days special" so if there's anything I can do so make your gathering extra special just let me know! Tracey
Why they chose this property
We're located at the end of a dead end road on a peninsula and I think it's one of the most beautiful properties on the lake. With east shore frontage, there's usually a breeze to keep bugs at bay and a beautiful sunset.
