Ein nettes kleines Appartement

Wir haben knapp zwei Wochen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung gemacht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben Daniele nicht getroffen, aber alle notwendigen Informationen über WhatsApp erhalten. Das Objekt sah etwas anders aus als auf den Fotos, war aber gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir würden nicht zu mehr als zwei Personen einchecken, da es dazu unserer Meinung nach zu klein. Die Umgebung ist nett, die Innenstadt und der Strand gut zu erreichen. Es ist jedoch zu erwähnen, dass auf dem angrenzenden Fußballplatz fast jeden Abend Training war. Desweiteren hat man bei voller Belegung der umliegenden Häuser doch recht wenig Privatsphäre. Alles in allem waren wir aber sehr zufrieden!

Très beau séjour

Je recommande sans hésitation le logement de Daniele. On aurra passé une très belle semaine dans la petite maison très confortable et très complète, bien située au calme et à 5mn à pieds du centre. Avec un bel et grand extérieur , grande terrasse couverte et aussi une douche extérieure très agréable en été . Merci beaucoup à Caterina, qui parle bien le français, pour son accueil et sa gentillesse sur place. Une personne formidable. Merci également au propriétaire Daniele qui est une personne très réactive et en qui on peut avoir confiance. Bravo et encore Merci On reviendra certainement

Tolle Zeit

Wir hatten eine schöne in dem Haus. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und zum ersten Restaurant sind es trozden nur 2 min zu Fuß. Das ist Haus ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für 2 Personen ist es perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Catarina für den freundlichen Empfang!

vacanza rilassante

La vacanza è andata molto bene, nonostante il tempo non fosse bellissimo. Al nostro arrivo al Villino Maris ci ha accolte Caterina. Persona carinissima, disponibile ed accogliente. La casa era pulitissima e dotata di ogni confort. Anche la messa a disposizione delle biciclette ha reso il nostro soggiorno migliore. Consiglio a tutti il soggiorno in questa struttura.

Idéal pour de superbes vacances

La maison est très agréable et bien située, grâce aux vélos fournis par Danièle on peut aller à la plage ou en centre ville facilement... C'est très pratique en août car il y a beaucoup de monde ! La région est magnifique avec ses plages paradisiaques. Merci à Caterina pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Tutto assolutamente perfetto!

Esperienza stupenda nell’appartamento di Daniele che dispone di ogni servizio e utilità. Casa estremamente pulita e disponibile veramente di tutto (addirittura ghiaccioli per borse frigo e contenitori per portarsi il cibo al mare). Altro punto a favore della casa sono le biciclette in dotazione e la doccetta esterna. Posizione ottimale a due passi dal centro di San Teodoro, molto vicino alle spiagge più belle. Caterina, la signora che ci ha accolto alla casa, è stata gentilissima e super disponibile a darci consigli! Vivamente consigliato di prenotare una vacanza in questo angolo di paradiso!

Ottima vacanza, villino consigliatissimo

Già dai primi contatti telefonici il proprietario si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile, cordialità confermata durante il soggiorno. Villino in posizione tranquilla a due passi dal centro e dal supermercato. Dotato di ogni confort, non manca proprio niente. Parecchio apprezzata la doccia esterna, l’ampia veranda e la disponibilità di biciclette con le quali raggiungere con più facilità le meravigliose spiagge della Cinta o dell’Isuledda. Pulizia impeccabile. In questo villino abbiamo trascorso una vacanza davvero splendida. Super consigliato.

Villino Maris con amici

Dopo una settimana a Villino Maris con 3 amiche, mi sento di consigliarla a pieni voti! Situata al centro di un tranquillo villaggio, si trova a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro e dispone di tutti i comfort, bici e ferro da stiro compresi! Inoltre la veranda è spaziosa e perfetta per cene all’aperto con amici. Pulizia accurata. L’host inoltre è estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a far fronte ai possibili dubbi o inconvenienti che potrebbero accadere! Consigliatissima!

Sardegna nel cuore

Lasciamo dopo 14 giorni la graziosa casetta che ci ha accolto in questa meravigliosa vacanza. Non manca proprio nulla, BBQ, doccia esterna, aria condizionata, zanzariere nella zona notte, bike, microonde, cucina ben attrezzata, lavatrice e volendo anche ferro da stiro. Questo è il quinto anno che trascorriamo le nostre vacanze a San Teodoro e non ci siamo mai trovati così bene in un alloggio. Grazie Daniele! Alla prossima!

SAN TEODORO CON AMICI

Ho soggiornato con altri 3 amici nella proprietà ed è stato fantastico scoprire piano piano tutte le comodità del caso. Zona centralissima a due passi dal centro, a disposizione BBQ, doccia esterna e chicca..bicicletta per tutti (una mano santa per muoversi in spiaggia e lasciare da parte l’auto nel periodo di ferragosto)! Villino pulitissimo e piena cordialità in tutto. Lo consiglio vivamente
