Ideally placed for tourism in Provence, (Chorégies, Avignon festival, Ventoux and Lubéron mountains ...).

In Orange (84), adjoining our home, we rent for 2 nights minimum:

Air-conditioned 28m2 studio, new condition.
Private shaded garden and separate entrance.
A parking space in the property.

Very quiet area, 7 minutes walk from the ancient theater and the city center, the market, all shops (small and a supermarket in the city center).

5 minutes by car from the 2 Orange motorway accesses
20 minutes from Avignon, direct access by the Chateauneuf du Pape road, 15 minutes from the SNCF train station (ideal access to Avignon city center) ...

This West-facing studio offers you:

- an entrance with shelf and wardrobe

- a main room: a kitchen - dining area (induction, fridge-freezer, microwave, espresso, table and 3 chairs ...), a sleeping area (a real bed, 140)

- a bathroom, sink, WC room

- Garden (about 100m2) between sun and shadows of 2 century old plane trees, lawn and gravel area, bistro table and 3 chairs, 2 deckchairs and coffee table.

Free wifi access, air conditioning.
Sheets, towels, tea towels and kitchen background provided.
Possibility of loaning a high chair and a travel cot.

Calme et repos

Studio très calme , climatisé. Les propriétaires sont d une gentillesse et attentionné envers leurs locataires . Nous avons passé un séjour au calme profitant de transats sous le chant des cigales . Avons pris des petits déjeuners sur la petit coin terrasse, peut être le seul point négatif et encore...ce sont les marches du studio pour être a la terrasse. Un grand merci pour ce séjour ou nous avons put aussi faire de belles balades. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir 😉😉

Très bon séjour

Séjour très agréable à Orange, largement en partie grâce à la location de ce petit studio. Situé à 10m du centre ville, ce logement est indépendant et dispose d'un jardin propre, qui permet de véritablement profiter du calme de la situation. Simple et sobre, cette location a été un très bon choix.

La description et la situation de la location sont en tous points conformes à celles figurant dans l'annonce, L' environnement avec une touche de campagne provençale est calme et reposant.
