Our chic and elegant 60 sqm apartment was completely refurbished lately and is fully equipped to make you feel like home. Its central location in the iconic 13th district provides easy access to all main tourist attractions by public transportation, to some even by short walk (Parliament, river Danube or the Margaret Island). This spacious flat is ideal for couples, small families or friends with its big double bed and king-size pull out coach. It is a good choice for business travellers also.♥

You will have full access to the apartment and full privacy during your stay.

Other things to note
Please let me know if you need a transfer from the airport. The transfer prices start from €27 depending on the number of guests.

The apartment is equipped with the following hotel style amenities:

- shower gel;
- shampoo and conditioner;
- 1 big and 1 medium towels / person;
- 1 tea towel;
- bathmat;
- dry cleaned fresh bed linen;
- further vanity items (e.g., make-up removal, cotton pads, ear-plugs, etc.);
- high speed internet;
- some international TV channels;
- Netflix on TV if using your own account to log in.

Please note that I work with a company that provides the freshly cleaned and ironed bed linen and towels; and I have only the above amounts available at the apartment. I am happy to change linens and provide free housekeeping on request at reservations longer than 6 days, once in every 6 days of your stay.

Location
Surrounded by various nice restaurants, shops and cafés, this place is located 8 minutes walk from one of the largest shopping malls of Budapest, West End with its 52,000 sqm. Both Lidl and Aldi supermarkets are within 200 m, while a Spar is little further. The Hungarian Parliament and the Margaret Island are reachable with 15 minutes walk or by means of public transportation with stops next door. Szent Istvan park and the bank of Danube are 2 and 5 minutes walk, respectively. The apartment is located very close to Budapest's main office corridor, Vaci ut also if you travel for business. In addition, it is one block from UNHCR's offices in Ipoly utca.

The place is located 4-5 minutes walk from the stop of Metro blue line (Line 3). Stops of bus line 15/115, trolley bus lines 75 and 76 are all within 150 meters to reach main tourist attractions. These lines provide also good connection to other public transportation lines e.g., tram lines 4-6 running on Grand Boulevard (Körút), or tram line 2 for an iconic journey going all along the bank of river Danube.
