The villa is located in a quiet residential area just 12 minutes on foot from the lively Mondello beach and about 20 minutes by car from the center of Palermo, allowing you to combine the relaxation of a beach holiday with cultural tourism.
Spread over three levels, the villa offers a large garden with lawn, trees, outdoor furniture, barbecue, small kitchen and shower.
The ground floor has a spacious and comfortable living area illuminated by large windows with electric shutters and equipped with refined contemporary style furnishings: living area with sofa, flat screen TV and modern slate fireplace and dining area with large table.
A small corridor on the ground floor leads to the service bathroom, the laundry room and the kitchen.
The large, modern kitchen with direct access to the garden is equipped with a 6-seater dining table, island, dishwasher, electric oven and all necessary utensils.
From the living room a flight of slate stairs, natural stone, leads to the sleeping area on the upper floor.
The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, television and balcony.
