Studio for 2 or 4 people, inside a 19th century farmhouse recently renovated in traditional style. Composed of kitchen, mezzanine sleeping area, bathroom with natural stone shower. Independent entrance on external beam and possibility to access the shared internal beam. It has TV, air conditioning and wi-fi. In case of 4 people it is possible to add a French sofa bed. For sea lovers in less than 10 minutes you can reach Marina di Ragusa and the other renowned resorts of the Iblea coast (Punta Secca, Donnalucata, Cava D'Aliga and Sampieri) where in addition to the beaches you will find numerous free beaches equipped with showers. In about 30 minutes it is possible to reach a large part of the UNESCO heritage towns of the Val di Noto: Ragusa Ibla, Modica (famous for its chocolate), Scicli (famous primary location of the television series "Il Commissario Montalbano", Ispica and others). , in less than 20 minutes it is possible to reach the Castello di Donnafugata prestigious set of the film "The Leopard" by Luchino Visconti.
