The 100sqm building is a former 13th century church, frescoed by the prestigious painter Giovan Francesco D'Avanzarano in 1506. It is composed of a large living room, a small library, a kitchen and a dining room. A spacious bedroom composed of a double bed and a single bed. Two bathrooms, one of which is equipped for disabled people. Outside, a large garden with a view of Lake Bolsena. Civita di Bagnoregio, Viterbo, Tuscania, are 15 to 20 km away. Orvieto 30km.

The accommodation
In the frame of the convent of Sant Agostino, built in the 13th century, in the heart of the Tuscia area between Umbria and Tuscany, you will be welcomed into the majesty of the walls of the former church where you will be struck by the wonder of the sixteenth-century frescoes by Giovan Francesco D'avanzarano, ( pupil of the master Antonio del Massaro da Viterbo known as the Pastura) made in 1506. Emotions for your stay with sacred images of rare beauty. Tradition has it that the young Martin Luther, on his way to Rome, has stayed there.

Possibility to book private car with driver to visit the most interesting places in the area. Siena, Florence, Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, Tuscania, Viterbo. One of the places indicated can also be visited in one day.
