Our condo is perfectly situated on the 14th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay and we offer FREE WIFI ! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious and beautifully furnished!! We also have a bonus room for luggage or storing your beach chairs and umbrellas.

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa, sleeping for 12.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Nice Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall rental was good. The property, location and views were fantastic. The condition of the unit overall was good, however the beds could use replacing - soft and lumpy. Spreads/comforters were worn and old (especially in the master suite), sheets were a bit worn, some had spots (though they seemed clean), were not overly soft and didn’t fit well. No blankets were provided. Rental could have provided a few more kitchen trash bags (only had the one in the can) and more than one dishwasher pod. Especially since renters are requested to empty the garbage and run the dishwasher upon checkout. A few minor maintenance issues that had gone unnoticed - one of the handles on a dresser door was missing, a light bulb was out in one of the bathrooms, we had to tighten a door handle that was quite loose in the master bathroom, and a couple of lamps were unplugged. Although not expected, but a small complimentary welcome basket (with maybe a couple microwave bags of popcorn, a packet or two of coffee and creamer, list of local restaurants/attractions/shops, etc. would have been a nice touch.

Nice and spacious condo!

We had an amazing trip and our whole family gave this condo a 5 out of 5! The condo was clean, nice and included high end finishes, including a built in ice maker in the Butlers pantry. The condo was within walking distance the Hangout, a small grocery/convenience store, an ice cream shop and lots of shopping! The only critques we had was that the mattresses were on the softer side and the WiFi wasn’t very strong.

The condo was super clean - parking was convenient and the location was great! Loved the easy access to the beach and the pool was perfect for kids of all ages. The company was really responsive and easy to work with and check in was seamless. Already planning a return trip next year!
