Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year in a row staying in this condo. we plan to make it our go to home away from home when visiting Pensacola Beach. The unit is always clean and the floor plan works perfectly for our family. Access to the beach is perfect. The condo is just far away from all the action so it is quiet, but close enough to be handy. Paradise is a great property management company and easy to deal with.

Listing has laundry on site, had to go to laundry mat. Facility no longer has laundry on site after talking to maintenance. 30 dollors for 2 loads of laundry at the laundry mat.
