Situated in an elevated, quiet residential area, this large detatched Villa offers a Ground Floor 3 bed apartment with its own 8x4 pool for sole use of apartment (Owners have own pool on upper terrace), offers panoramic views to the sea and mountains. Only a short drive into Moraira where many restaurants, bars and the lovely beaches can be enjoyed. Ideal for 4 adults and 2 children. With Wifi and UK Freeview TV.
Two double/twin bedrooms (Bedroom 2 having link door to 3rd bedroom with bunk beds or singles). TV lounge with DVD player with many films, VHS (yes - VHS, that is for the many Disney films in the library) board games, french boules & small library. A table tennis table is also available along with a pool table and badminton rackets with net, beach umbrella and mats.
With a garden, orchard and alfresco dining/BBQ area, there is plenty to entertain. Ample undercover secure parking.

Una estancia inmejorable con máxima tranquilidad

Hemos pasado una semana con todas las comodidades que hemos necesitado. Hemos descansado y pasado grandes momentos con todas las instalaciones y accesorios que ofrece la casa. La casa, a pesar de ser compartida con los anfitriones, ofrece total intimidad y dispones de una piscina exclusiva con tobogán incluido. Los niños, y los padres, hemos disfrutado muchísimo. De los anfitriones solo podemos decir que son una pareja encantadora, muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Volveremos en otra ocasión sin dudarlo.

Beautiful stay

This beatiful home with roomy terrace and great swimmingpool is located on the mountain. So there was always a breeze and a fabulous view. In the house was everything available for a very comfortable stay. The hosts were very friendly. Especially Tom, the dog ;) From here it requires a car to explore the area, go shopping for groceries, go to a restaurant or to visit the nice town of Moraira.

Fantastisk sted!

Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold i denne fantastiske, børnevenlige feriebolig! Rent og pænt, dejlig beliggenhed, skøn pool (som efterses/rengøres ugentligt), fantastiske værter, gode senge, veludstyret køkken, gode bade- og vaskefaciliteter. Vi har lejet flere lignende steder i forskellige lande gennem årene - dette er klart det bedste. Meget anbefalelsesværdigt!

Des vacances comme on les aime !

Propriétaires charmants et serviables. Avant notre arrivée, ils ont pris contact avec nous pour faciliter notre venue. Ils étaient disponibles à tout moment en cas de besoin, tout en étant très discrets ( ils habitent l’étage supérieur mais on ne les a pourtant ni vus ni entendus). La maison est très bien située pour visiter les alentours : À proximité de la mer tout en étant au calme sur les hauteurs. Et quelle vue de la terrasse, Wouhaou ! Les enfants ont adoré la piscine. Il y a même un toboggan. Ils y ont passé des heures à s’amuser. Bien pratique aussi les 2 parties de la terrasses couvertes pour rester à l’ombre. Tout comme le cart port qui permet d’éviter d’avoir la voiture surchauffée. Bref, nous avons passé des vacances idéales, merci Dee et Keith pour ce havre de paix et votre gentillesse :).

We are low profile hosts, there if needed, but otherwise you probably won't see us.

The beautiful views from the Villa are just stunning, we just love it here. A villa with character and a nice homely feel - what more could you ask for? It puts a smile on our face every day. There is plenty to do in Moraira and surrounding areas, you are spoiled for choice for restaurants and bars and the nearby beaches are great.
