Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- booking fee 51 €
- inscription fee 5 €/person
- Final cleaning / key delivery 140 €
- Key-delivery 30 €
- Bed linen/towels 18 € / person / set (obligatory)
- dog keeping 20 €
- guarantee 400 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)

Between November till March the expenses for electricity, water and gas must be payed completely per consumption.

The Space:
Comfortable holiday home with stunning panoramic sea views and private pool.
It has a beautiful mediterranean garden with various terraces and seating.

Upstairs there is a large living-dining room. With chimney and large windows with wonderful sea views, 1 kitchen (renewed in 2015, with dishwasher), 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms. Beside of the house on the ground floor, there is a third large bedroom (with fridge), bathroom and private terrace (only accessible by exterior stairs).

Parking is available at the side of the plot in a quiet little blind alley (see google-maps, top left). Internet connection available.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet residential area in Moraira, Fanadix.

Other Things to Note:
Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
