The main floor boasts a queen bed with futon in the bedroom along with a full bathroom. The living room has a gas fireplace with an open living room, kitchen, and dining area. Downstairs has a full bathroom with a private bedroom that features a bunk set.

**Please note there is NO PARKING available at this property. There are paid parking lots close to the complex. **

There is a convenient city bus to take you downtown, or you can walk to the ski village. Additionally, Steamboat is home to fabulous restaurants.

Time capsule condo

This condo is a time capsule from the 70's with shag carpeting, trim details, and furniture from that era. Also lighting is very dim probably to hide some of those details. Luckily it was me and two teen boys who couldn't care less about such details but I was glad I didn't have the mrs. with us. Location, location, location! Parking was a bit annoying but doable and the walk from the street to the condo was a haul. Would I stay here again? ...With the boys, yes, with my wife, no. This place is *long* overdue for a few upgrades, starting with the flooring.

Great ski location

Location to ski resort was great. The place was older but fully functional. It was nice to be close to everything.

Winter ski group

The parking was not convenient at all, you’d need to know your tacking on $55 a day if you’re keeping your car in the area, but it was what was advertised and the beds were comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of space. Water pressure was good, it’s no frills but was perfect for what we needed. It has a new large TV and good view out the door as well! We would come back, especially if the parking lot situation changes.

Great location and space

Great location and space! The condo is a bit dated, but good size rooms, bathrooms, and living room. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would be interested in staying here on future Steamboat trips.

Our stay

The property is in a good location. It could use a deep cleaning. Didn’t receive check in instructions prior to check in And had to place multiple calls for assistance. There were no check out processes posted and no communication was received regarding g the process so we guessed.
