Convenient to the train station within easy walking distance. The apartment is on the third floor of a characteristic and typical Ligurian building without a lift. The building has a large cellar on the street level.
The apartment was renovated in 2017 and is air conditioned. The availability of a large cellar at street level below the accommodation makes it very convenient for sheltering bicycles, games or beach equipment and avoiding transport home.
