En primer lugar, vuelvo a pedirte disculpas porque no hayais podido disfrutar del apartamento como me hubiese gustado. Como te indiqué la limpieza del apartamento se habia realizado un hora antes de vuestra entrada. Siempre hemos tenido buenas valoraciones, por lo que fuí el primer sorprendido esta situación.
No veo justo, que me digáis que no os ofrecí ninguna solución, pues insistí varias veces para que nos permitieseis ir al apartamento, y volver a darle un repaso.
Como te decía,.., llevamos años alquilando el apartamento, y los comentarios siempre han sido muy positivos.
