PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August):
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Friday.
SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must still be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking.

Subject to park hours. Please check park's website for hours/days of operation before requesting tickets. Tickets must be requested at least 2 days prior to check-in. 3 night minimum stay required. Offer valid during off-peak times only. Not redeemable for cash or any other product.

*Our Pools are in operation from May 1st-October 1st. They are heated from 2nd Friday of May through October 1st.

We also have a private resort dock with Luxury Pontoon boat rentals, fishing poles, a swim deck and water bouncer. Boat slips (with power for you fishermen to plug in your batteries) are also available for our guests to rent.

The main level living area has charming tongue-and-groove wood walls with a floor-to-ceiling River Rock stone fireplace (electric), complete with a wall of windows to better enjoy the view of beautiful Table Rock Lake.

Upstairs are 2 king suites with full luxury baths. One master has a small outside balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a gorgeous lake view. Between the two masters, is a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. And for the little ones who want to be close to Mom and Dad, there is a futon with a TV in the loft area right outside the Master suites.

On the main level there is a bedroom with a queen bed and another with a full over queen bunk bed. These guestrooms share a Jack and Jill style bathroom with an accessible shower and vanity. There is also a half bath in the hall.

Right off the main living area is a large patio where you can enjoy relaxing while looking out over the lake. Make smores right on your patio in the outdoor, wood burning, stone fireplace. We'll even supply the roasting sticks! This will be a first-class adventure for a vacation that will bring you and your family memories to cherish for a lifetime!
