Casita Mariposa - next door to Casa Mariposa

This is a light and airy 1 bedroom barn conversion with everything you need. It is next door to Casa Mariposa but is completely self-contained, with its own private entrance, It has a double mezzanine bedroom, a large salon, a mini kitchen and a bathroom, and views to the east.

You will also have access to an outside space with furniture on which to relax and take in the views. Please note there is no swimming pool on the property, but you can walk to the gorgeous outdoor municipal pool (July/August).

During autumn and winter months, and even up to April, the pellet stove needs to be used. There is a surcharge of 4 euros per day and the host will need to clean the stove in the mornings, or when convenient for guests.

Parking is very limited close to the casita and the lanes are very narrow. Guests will need to park 120 m from the casita, where there is a public parking space, accessed by a wide road. It is safe and you will walk through the hamlet to the property, taking around 3-4 minutes.

There are cats in the garden which surrounds the property. They will not enter the house but please be aware of them, and if you are not comfortable with cats perhaps this is not the property for you.
