Our cabin was built to allow you to enjoy the best of Catskill living. Five minutes from Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center, 15 Minutes from skiing at Holiday Mountain, 15 minutes from swimming at Lake Superior, minutes from boating and fishing at White Lake and 15 minutes from golf and tennis at the Concord Resort. Relax on 2 acres of cleared yard with 3 decks, a horseshoe pit, volleyball court. Spend evenings in our large rec room, which has a pool table, large HDTVs and hot tub.

Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip sheets and pillow cases from all beds. Put sheets outside of laundry room. Please leave the blankets and comforters on the bed.
Remove all trash. Trash should be placed in the green trash bin located near the intersection of the driveway and the road.
If the gas grill was used please clean it and make sure all burners are in the off position and the valve on the tank is closed. Please clean the grill utensils and leave them by the grill.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

So much to see and do!

Amazing house chock-full of fun activities! The grounds and area are beautiful and very close to Bethel Woods, Woodstock museum, hiking, etc.

Great family get away!!

This is our 3rd time renting this property. We have always enjoyed our stay. The owner is very attentive and easy to reach. The cabin offers so much in comfort and activities. Extremely clean and well stocked. Skiing for little ones was perfect nearby.

Beautiful place for family reunion;-)

This was our second time renting here and everything was fantastic. The cabin accommodated my three adult child and their spouses, our two grandchildren and our dogs. We enjoyed hiking and my 3 year old granddaughter had her first ski experience here-a memory I will always cherish. When at the cabin, we cooked fabulous meals and enjoyed all the games in the basement. This is truly a wonderful cabin!

Quick Getaway

We had a great weekend stay. We used all of the amenities, which was great. We were outside at the fire pit both nights, cook stakes a the grill. Kitchen was great for our group meal prep. Already looking at the calendar for another date to bring our kids and grandchildren.

Beatuful place for all family

We spendChristmas 2007 in this beatifull house and we would like to back again! house is perfect for big family with friends. Has 5 bedrooms and office with computer and extra bed. The play room with bar, games and hot tub is perfect for everyone! outside is big barbacue .

A little piece of heaven

This has become a favorite gathering place for our family to meet up! The cabin is spacious enough that everyone has their own space, and it has great gathering areas for us to play board games, table games and watch movies. We love to cook and the kitchen is well equipped. While there are nice attractions nearby, we love enjoying all that the cabin has to offer. This place is our heaven away from home:-)

Excellent Getaway!

We had 11 people including friends and family. We came up to enjoy a concert at nearby Bethel Woods. The host Daryl was very kind and helpful. The property is lovely and there are many amenities. The beds were comfortable and the inside space is very spacious. We enjoyed an outdoor fire, the game room and the outdoor space. We will definitely be back!

Biannual Family reunion

We have made this gorgeous home our go to place to gather our family in the fall and winter. The home is well equipped to entertain us (8 adults, 2 children, two dogs) inside and outside with an abundance of privacy and the location is near several activities we like during both seasons. From the minute you step into the house there is a strong musty smell. I walked through the house needless to say it was filthy. When I went down to the basement there was a huge puddle of water by the hot tub. I called the owner Craig and explained to him what the issues were and he had nothing to say but Oh yes there is a small leak in the hot tub just keep mopping it up. That is the last thing I want to do on a weekend away. There was a significant amount of snow that we had to shovel for the steps and deck to get into the house Craig said there was a plow coming to do the driveway and none ever showed up. The bedding was full of dog hair; the basement ceiling had a leak horrible job of trying to fix it. All patch work full of mold... Craig spoke to my husband and said he was going to think it over as to what a reasonible refund would be and all he gave us was 200. Disgusting how you can get away with what you are doing to people. Shame on VRBO for doing nothing for us as well. Please run from this house. DO NOT STAY HERE

We are sorry that this guest was dissatisfied with their stay, as this experience is not representative of our vacation rental or the feedback we typically receive. The home was professionally cleaned the day before arrival by the same cleaning company we have used for over four years, and we receive photo documentation after each cleaning. Prior to this stay, we had never received complaints regarding cleanliness or odors. That said, we acknowledge that issues can occasionally be missed, and we take all feedback seriously. Regarding the snow, the walkway was shoveled prior to arrival; however, additional snowfall occurred on the day of check-in, requiring some additional shoveling. Unfortunately, the driveway plowing service was delayed and did not arrive until after checkout, which we regret. The hot tub was experiencing a minor leak at the time, which resulted in some water on the floor. While this was manageable, we understand that it was an inconvenience. There were also existing water stains on the basement ceiling, which have since been fully repaired and repainted. In recognition of these inconveniences, we issued a $200 refund to the guest. We encourage prospective renters to review our other guest reviews, which more accurately reflect the quality of the home and the care we put into maintaining it.

Tons of indoor amenities

We got rained out for the weekend, but that was fine by us as the whole house was full of things to do. The big kitchen is a huge plus and there is a lot of space for groups to gather. We really loved the poker table and all the games downstairs- the spacious backyard is also great. The only disappointment was that the large outdoor kitchen has a very dirty grill and is largely not functioning. Fortunately there's another grill on the screened in patio that we used instead.

Wonderful Christmas Vacation

We had a fantastic Christmas at this house. Our group included 9 adults, 3 kids, and pets; and we had a few other family members visit while we were there. There was plenty of room for everyone. I think this was the cleanest, most well-stocked rental house I've ever stayed at. Craig was easy to get in touch with and incredibly kind and accommodating. He even helped us out with recommendations on getting my elderly grandmother into the house. While the house itself is remote and private, it's a quick drive to all essentials. We hope to stay here again the next time our extended family is getting together.

Rustic elegance!

We needed to find a place centrally located between Rochester and our adult children in Brooklyn and Greenlawn and this place was perfect! We had plenty of space and privacy for the 8 adults and two children plus our dogs. Craig was extremely responsive to all of our inquiries and needs and Darryl and Teddy made sure everything worked as it should. There is plenty to do in the area, but if you chose to stay back at the house you will not be bored with all gaming tables and TVs. My family loves to cook and the kitchen and outdoor kitchen were very well-equipped. The smoker was a perfect addition! We definitely plan to return again and again!

Perfect for Group of 12 and 4 Dogs!

As other people have mentioned, the pictures of this Vrbo do not do the cabin justice! The property is huge with tons of room for everyone to find something to enjoy. The backyard has room for the dogs to run around, a volleyball net, childrens playset, and a covered grill area. There is a basketball net (basketballs and volleyballs provided) in the driveway, and foosball table, hot tub, poker table, and pool table in the basement. There are couches with large TVs for everyone to sit around in both the basement and the living room. The outdoor deck has an outdoor couch as well as a table that seats 12. There is a screened-in porch off to the side of the kitchen and a table that can seat 12 in the living room (extra chairs are in the closet by the den). The place was exactly what we needed for our group of 12 adults, including 5 couples and 4 dogs. The first floor has 2 bedrooms each with a king bed connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is an additional bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom across the hallway. There is a den off to the side that has a pull out couch with a full bed and a bathroom off to the side of the kitchen area. In the basement, there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a queen and a full bed, shared by a Jack and Jill bathroom. Finally, the basement has an additional bathroom by the hot tub. Our group had a great 3-day weekend. We were able to take the dogs kayaking/canoeing/rafting on the Delaware at Indian Head Canoes. We also spent a lot of time just relaxing, grilling, and hanging out together at the cabin. For everyone with a large group looking for a great place to relax and have entertainment/fun things to do, I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Family fun with plenty of room

First when we got there my young adult kids couldn’t believe all the fun stuff in the basement. Plenty of sleeping room for my family of 5 we didn’t even use one of the bedrooms. House is private no neighbors in sight. Listing said no air conditioning but we were happy to see it did have air conditioning when we got there. We had a great time!
