Wonderful spot for relaxing holiday!

Clean two bedroom apartment with futon in living room. Close to pool, beach and grocery. Host helped us with transportation to and from airport. Wonderful!

Lovely location, lovely hosts, great place

We enjoyed a great stay. I recommend spending a little more effort on updating the kitchen dishes/pans, etc. and finding a better pull-out couch as this would make it even better! Thank you so much. I hope to see you again.

Awesome location

Can't beat the location. Condo is bare bones and needs new coffee pot (SLOWWWW drip!) and better towels. We enjoyed the convenience of the beach and pool.

Nice comfortable clean unit, beautiful beach.

Our unit here at Villas Marlin was nice, the bedrooms & bath are downstairs, the only downside was our view of the beach was hidden by the condo in front of us. We loved having a mall right across the street with a grocery store. We could walk right outside and enjoy the beautiful beach.

Lovely property needs a better door lock

My only issue was only having 1 key. You had to use the key to lock the door from the inside. When other family members when out they had to lock us into the villa. This seemed incredibly dangerous and made us very uncomfortable. Other then that Maria always responded quick to emails and the beach, pools and location were wonderful.

Very comfortable. Only surprise was that bedrooms and bath were downstairs. Stairs missing safety banister and tape on floor to alert where they were. Beds were comfortable, good AC, good access to beach and pools. Would return again.

This was my first time visiting Cancun, and I couldn't be happier with the service Maria provide it ! I stayed at her Villa with Family. Everything was clean and you feel very safe, there is a mall that you can walk to across the villa that has a grocery store ( Soriano super market )and also restaurants, very centered, restaurants are all within 10 minutes drive or less , including beaches, and the Isla Mujeres Ferry ! Maria is always available when you need her for any questions or suggestions or needs in the villa which was nor necessary because she provides you with everything including beach toys for kids :)! I will definelty stay here again. Thank you Maria !

Se trata de una locación muy amigable para dirigirse a cualquier lugar en la zona hotelera, la administradora es muy amable y atenta, el lugar es muy limpio, amplio y funcional para hospedarse con familia o amigos.
