Die Lage des Hauses bzw. deren 3 Wohnungen ist perfekt, ca. 2 Km zum Ortszentrum (Altstadt/Fussgängerzone), ruhig gelegen in einer Sackgasse.Platz zum Parken, grosse Grünflächen, Waschmaschine, Fensterläden zum verdunkeln, gut ausgestattete Küche usw.Mario der Vermieter wohnt direkt gegenüber und hat alles im Blick, somit ist alles sehr sicher, auch das Auto.

Appartamento perfetto vicino il centro

Siamo trascorsi una vacanza meravigliosa ad Alba grazie aa un appartamento perfetto ed un ospite gentilissimo. L'appartamento sta in un posto centrale, ma tranquillo nella periferia d'Alba. Supermercati sono vicini, il centro è raggiungibilie a piedi (se volete) e si può lasciare la città velocemente per fare i giri. L'appartemento è grande e luminoso con tutte le cose necessarie. L'aria condizionate era molto stimato. L'ospite era molto gentile e sempre pronto a dare aiuto. In somma: una vacanza molto piacevole.

Appartement très agréable et bien situé au calme

Très bon sejour dans l appartement de Mario il parle le francais et il est très disponible . Une propreté irréprochable pour cet appartement un environnement très calme entouré de collines, une piscine à jet et remous à 5mn en voiture et 15 à pied exterieure et intérieure parfait, des Bus pour aller au centre ville ou à pied. Aussi un grand balcon que notre chat a apprécié . De la gare un train permet d aller à Turin en 1 heure. Un grand supermarché aussi à 5mn en voiture . Satisfaits et nous le conseillons.

Pour pouvoir profiter entre mer et montagne, j'ai organisé 48h d'escapade chez Mario où nous avons passé un très bon sejour. Mario est très disponible, il nous présente sa région et nous guide pour découvrir les endroits intéressants. Le logement est charmant, propre, spacieux et tout le nécessaire est là. Host ottimo e soggiorno perfetto

Il Sig. Carosso è stato disponibile, molto gentile e ricco di informazioni nella presentazione dell'appartamento, facendoci trovare persino in cucina una bottiglia di ottimo vino delle Langhe e le nocciole di sua produzione. L'appartamento è in condizioni ottimali per pulizia, dotazioni, ampiezza degli spazi, ben accessoriato con mobili nuovi e tutto ciò che può servire anche per soggiorni lunghi. Il silenzio degli spazi è garantito. Il WiFi funziona bene, il giardino circostante è molto curato e in ordine, la pergola nel retro è a disposizione anche per una cena all'esterno (è presente un barbecue). Si può scegliere se parcheggiare la propria auto al chiuso o lasciarla nello spazio all'aperto di pertinenza. Il sig. Carosso abita di fronte e, in caso di necessità, è immediatamente disponibile. Soggiorno ottimo, lo consiglio!

appartamento grazioso e strategico in Alba

Il Sig. Carosso è molto ospitale, disponibile e preparato a dare informazioni riguardanti il territorio per far trascorrere al meglio la vacanza in Alba. L'appartamento Virgilio è moderno, ben attrezzato e dotato di ogni comfort! Noi eravamo 3 coppie e grazie al fatto di esserci 3 camere, oltre alla cucina e al bagno, siamo riusciti a vivere bene il soggiorno sia in compagnia sia in intimità. Grazie di tutto, non mancherà occasione di ritornarci!
