The living area is on the upper floor, with a large terrace, above a small wine production, active a few days a year, but without bottling and related noises. Large gardens and vegetable garden availability. Used, for short pre-established periods, also as "Arts Farm" with exhibition hall and bar counter for vernissage parties. Panoramic area. 16 Km from the Adriatic Sea and 35 from the Ionian Sea.
