Leonardo Walsh Apartment With Lake View

Leonardo Walsh's apartment is part of the Eremitaggio Residence and is less than 3 km from Torri Del Benaco. The residence is located on the lakefront and is connected to Torri del Benaco by the new cycle-pedestrian path overlooking the lake.



The Residence was originally one of the first hotels on Lake Garda, built at the beginning of the twentieth century by the famous British chef Leonardo Walsh, who at that time was working at the renowned Locanda San Vigilio. The original structure has remained practically unchanged and is a typical example of the architecture of those years.



The apartment has been recently completely renovated and equipped with every comfort. It can accommodate up to three people and consists of a double bedroom, a living area with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

The strong point of the apartment is certainly the terrace overlooking the lake, which offers unforgettable memories and views. A parking space is guaranteed.



OUTSIDE AND BEACH

From the Residence garden you can access directly through the convenient underpass to the beach dedicated to Residence guests and enjoy days of sunshine and swimming in complete tranquillity and the lakeside walk.



THE AREA

The centre of Torri del Benaco with its Scaliger Castle is approximately 5 minutes by car away. From Torri del Benaco it is possible to board the ferry which will take you to the west shore of Lake Garda or which will allow you to take a tour of the various locations around the lake.



From this position you can reach Malcesine, approximately 20 km away, and take a ride on the rotating cable car of Monte Baldo or visit the wine cellars of Valpolicella or the Bardolino and Lugana area. Verona is approximately 45 km away and Venice approximately 160 km away.

Splendid Apartment with beautiful view on the lake

Modern and nice little apartment, large balcony, fine beds and couch. we would like an oven instead of a microwave and a watercooker we mist. Parkingplace nr 13 is to small and far away from the apartment, so we let our car on another one.

Herrlicher Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Apartment ist modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Balkon mit dem traumhaften Ausblick auf den Gardasee – die Sonnenauf- und -untergänge waren einfach unvergesslich. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es sehr heiß, ab dem Nachmittag liegt der Balkon voll in der Sonne. Dank der großen Markise konnte man es dort aber trotzdem angenehm genießen. Zur Lage: Geschäfte sind nicht direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe, weshalb Mobilität erforderlich ist. Dafür genießt man absolute Ruhe und Entspannung – für uns genau das Richtige. Ein weiteres Highlight war der private Strandzugang mit eigenen Liegen, der unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet hat. Gibt es eigentlich nichts.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Lage mit dem phantastischen Ausblick von der Terrasse und dem Privatstrand sind sicher die herausragenden Pluspunkte. Die Sonnenuntergänge von dort sind sehr schön! Ansonsten ein geschmackvoll renoviertes Appartement, das über alles verfügt, was man zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es ist ruhig und zentral an der östlichen Seeseite in einer gepflegten Anlage gelegen. Allerdings benötigt man auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Buchung, kontaktloser Checkin/out haben sehr gut funktioniert. Wir können das Appartement nur empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung!

Die Wohnung ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern und wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und Induktionskochfeld. Generell war das Apartment sehr sauber und einladend - man hat sich ab der ersten Minute wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der Balkon mit einem tollen Blick über den See, auf dem jeden Abend der Sonnenuntergang zu sehen ist! Den Strand und den dazugehörigen Zugang zum See haben wir wirklich viel genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden damit. Außerdem waren alle Nachbarn sehr freundlich, obwohl wir die einzigen Touristen in der Anlage waren! Einzig, dass das Apartement sehr außerhalb liegt, keine Möglichkeit die nächste Stadt zu Fuss zu erreichen vorhanden ist und man wirklich immer auf das Auto angewiesen ist, ist ein kleiner Minuspunkt. Wir würden zu 100% wiederkommen!

Unkompliziert und zuverlässig

Das Objekt ist wunderschön gelegen. Es ist perfekt mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr modern eingerichtet und es mangelt an nichts. Besonders praktisch ist der strandzugang. Die einzigen „Nachteile“ sind, dass man quasi auf das Auto/Fahrrad angewiesen ist, wenn man abends essen gehen möchte. Außerdem ist die Anlage steil und es gilt viele Treppen zu überwinden.
