The apartment Leonardo Walsh ( C.I.- 023086-LOC-00301) is part of the Eremitaggio Residence and is less than 3 km from Torri Del Benaco. Dating back to the 1970s, it was converted into individual houses following an important renovation of the original hotel, which was built in the early 1900s by the famous British chef Leonardo Walsh, and at the time lent his works to the famous Locanda San Vigilio. The original structure has remained virtually unchanged and is a typical example of architecture of those years.

The apartment, which takes its name from the original builder, has recently been completely renovated and equipped with every comfort.
It can accommodate up to three people and consists of a double bedroom, a living area with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
The strong point of the apartment is certainly the terrace on the lake, which gives you unforgettable memories and views. A parking space is guaranteed.

A staircase and a tunnel will lead you directly from the residence to the private pier reserved for hotel guests only.
Two sun loungers are available to the guests.
We have to inform you that in the territory of Torri Del Benaco in 2024 is under construction a stretch of pedestrian cycle that will connect all the villages of the lake.
The construction works take place on the stretch of beach overlooking the residence Eremitaggio and therefore for this summer will not be allowed access to the lake and the private pier. The beaches accessible as an alternative will be in the north at the beginning of the village and south to the bay of San Vigilio and we are sure that this temporary situation will allow you the same one to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday


THE AREA
The center of Torri del Benaco with its Scaligero Castle is about 5 Minutes driving distance.
From Torri del Benaco you can board the ferry that will take you to the west shore of Lake Garda or that will allow you to take a trip to the various towns of the lake.

From this position, you can reach Malcesine, about 20 Km, and take a trip on MontaBaldo with its rotating cable car or visit the wine cellars of Valpolicella or the area of Bardolino and Lugana.
Verona is about 45 km and Venice is about 160 Km.
