About 30 minutes from downtown Edinburgh, this one bedroom was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend stay. Parking is right outside the door in a dedicated space and building is separate from home so private. Kitchen did not come with basic tea supplies or spices but did have everything we needed for cooking dinners/breakfasts. Host was kind and welcoming. Would recommend.

It was lovely to meet you both!
We don’t provide any food items in the self catering property as there are so many allergies and also for hygiene reasons.
I hope you had a lovely time during the rest of your holiday.

Why they chose this property
The annex is brand new, recently converted. It is detached - so nice and quiet - but still next to the main house which provides access to the hosts. It is in a quiet residential safe area. Ideal for guests who are away from home on business it provides a sanctuary to be able to cook your own food, kick your shoes off. Also great for couple who may be attending family events, stopping off in Dunfermline for easy access to Edinburgh and on the way to the Highlands and Islands. Or may be you are going on a cruise and need to stop over before going on your cruise ship for the next adventure. The Executive Annex, is lovely and cosy which contains everything you could possibly need - but we are always open to hearing suggestions!
What makes this property unique
The Executive Annex has everything you need to be able to chill out, work, cook and generally use it as a base to provide a personalised experience rather than staying at a hotel. There is also a washing machine and airier so you don't even have to take your dirty washing home!
