About this property

Set back from the hustle and bustle of the city but strategically located to discover the most beautiful sites of Corsica, the hamlet of Pévani offers a panoramic view of the sea and the highest peaks of the island. The seaside resort of Tiuccia and the wide beach of Liscia are 15 minutes away, accessible by a pretty, uncrowded seaside road.(pebble beach at 5mn)
Three independent housing for rent each with its entrance and its independent terrace; ground level access, unobstructed views.
In the hamlet (on a closed ground of 6000 m2):
-A house including the apartment owners and 1 accommodation (cottage 'Cuppulata' 5 people max) to rent. The surface of this lodging is of 75 m2 + terrace of 30 m2 = 105 m2. This accommodation is classified 3 ears by 'Gite de France'.

We wanted to preserve the authentic spirit of the hamlet by landscaping the garden around olive trees and old stone structures. Locals on site, we strive to be available and discreet. The strong point of the site is the calm. We have many animals: donkeys, chickens, dogs, cats. For the greatest happiness of the children (and the biggest ones ...).

Tolles Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus auf tollem Grundstück. Die Kinder haben sich über die vielen lieben Tiere (Hund, Katzen, Esel, Hühner) gefreut. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die letzten 4 km sind nur über eine schmale, kurvige Serpentinenstraße zu befahren… etwas abenteuerlich :) Alles in allem ein super schöner Familienurlaubsort mit schöner Aussicht auf die Bucht. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Meerblick

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Nette Vermieter und eine phantastische Lage machen den Urlaub zum Genuss! Etwas schwer zu finden, Google Maps ist Pflicht.
