The horses walking in their paddocks, the silence of nature and the leisurely atmosphere combined with body care are excellent precision remedies for stress, exhaustion and insomnia.

We offer single, double and triple rooms as well as dormitory accommodation in our ballroom. While staying at the Ranch, the facilities are bright and atmospheric, and the hall is decorated and cozy. Our beds are praised for providing deep and refreshing sleep thanks to their solid strength. Ruokolahti is known by it’s nature, for example Kummakivi is a balancing rock located 61 ° 29 ’36 .4596 “north, 28 ° 25 ‘45.5016” east of Ruokolahti and is protected. To the west is Lake Saimaa and to the east are hundreds of smaller lakes. The ridges of the block back pass through the area. Lappeenranta Airport and Imatra are a short drive away.

Ruokolahti has a rich history from the Stone Age to the Second World War. For example, you can explore old rock paintings or take in the wonderful nature trails. There are also antique old settlements and old trenches nearby. The famous shooter Simo Häyhä lived in Ruokolahti for 57 years after the Winter War of 1939–40. He is buried in the cemetery of Ruokolahti Church.
