Apartment near the sea + free internal parking
Apartment in Salerno, less than 100 meters from the sea (including parking). Located in an area full of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, services, Mc Donald and well served by public transport. The apartment consists of: 2 double bedrooms, one with a French double bed (140 x 200) and the other with a standard double bed (160x200). In both bedrooms there is a 40 inch Smart TV. The living room-kitchen, also with 50-inch ultra HD 4K Smart TV, has a long balcony equipped with 4 deck chairs and 2 tables from where you can see the sea. In the living room-kitchen there is also a sofa / double bed (140 x 200) where it is possible to obtain additional 2 beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower (hairdryer included), kitchen complete with all utensils for preparing breakfast, lunch and / or dinner and a comfortable table for six people. There is also a wash area with a washing machine, table and iron and a safe with an electronic code. Fiber optic Wifi (1 gig speed) and latest generation air conditioning in all rooms.
