Golf Getaway

Nothing in Pawleys Island is very far away. It is a quaint area with some nice restaurants catering to different budgets. Best to do research on golf discounts as some courses are very pricey. The condo is on the top (3rd) floor. Bonus is that no one is walking above you and there is a raised ceiling. We VRBO a lot. If you stay for an extended period there will always be something pop up where you will need to contact your host. Colin is exceptional. Five stars. There is a bonus with this condo .. a state park pass. The park is only a few minutes away and the ocean beach is exceptional. The condo itself is aging but cared for. Along with golf (Pawleys Plantation and Heritage are fun and good value depending on the time of year .. True Blue and Caledonia are more expensive but exceptional) there are lots of other things to experience in Pawleys Island and nearby Murrells Inlet, where you need to visit the Dead Dog Saloon and have lunch on the back deck overlooking the water.

Quiet getaway

Loved the mid century modern decor. Cozy and clean. Third story location might be a concern for those with mobility issues, but makes for a relaxing birds eye view of golf course from the enclosed screened balcony. Close to good restaurants and shops but not conveniently located to beach.

Colin was awesome with communicating via email prior to our arrival to be sure it would be a smooth process. The condo was well decorated and very very clean. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again.

Clean and Quiet

This place is one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed in. I didn't hear any of the neighbors at all. It was a great week!!

We live in Charlotte, but love the beach and weekend getaways. Pawleys Island has the great food and fun of Charleston, without the expense, and the golf of Myrtle Beach, without the crowds. We hope you'll enjoy our get away as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

This property enables owners and renters access to the pool, hot tub, and tennis courts, yet it is not a hotel and certainly doesn't cost as much as a resort. Being located on the third floor offers vaulted ceilings to let in all the natural light and an elevated view from the back patio of the 1st hole at True Blue Golf Course. We LOVE to cook so the kitchen is actually stocked -- not just for vacationing, so if you want to make an actual meal, go for it!
