Cute cozy condo with view of the pool. This is an end unit so it is very private and quiet. You can go right down the steps outside the unit to go visit the pool or soak in the hot tub.

The space
We have a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. There is a great shower stall with easy access. There is a washer and dryer on each level.

It has been a while since we stayed in the summerhouse, but this unit was the best one we have ever stayed in! Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

The resort and condo were the perfect place to stay in Litchfield! The condo was ideal for our small group, offering a comfortable space with easy access to the beach and wonderful pool amenities. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back for years to come!

The place was a perfect location for what me and my family needed. The place was very well stocked with towels, sheets, and kitchen essentials. We also used the pull-out sofa, which was very comfortable and clean. The owners were super accommodating and communication was very quick. I would definitely want to stay here in the future!

Great location for a calm weekend getaway, lots to do in the area. Clean, accurate with a nice view of the marsh and pool area. Hot tubs on property was a nice change up. Excellent communication from the Host. Would most certainly stay here again. Beach is not walkable but a very easy drive no more than 5 min and lots of parking, not crowded at least this past weekend. Restrooms are close by. We enjoyed our stay.

Just want to clarify - Beach access is 1/2 mile away. It is an easy walk through the resort on wide sidewalks with minimal traffic. You can drive and park at the Beach Club which has plenty of parking, restrooms and a deck with chairs and shade.

We have been here several times, and we always love our stay! Plenty of towels and amenities. The pool gate now has to be unlocked with a card, which is nice. There were pool bands left for us in the room as well. I would suggest just leaving those in the room in a safe spot, as they weren’t needed and they are 30 each to replace. No other guests had them. My parents who stayed in a different room in the same building didn’t even receive bands.

Great place

It was very nice, the resort had nice pool and hot tubs. Beach was close by and very nice. Not very crowded and we loved our time there and hope to come back.

Great Getaway Spot!

Great place for 2 to getaway! Short and nice walk to the beach, or even shorter drive to bescj access. Lots of nice restaurants and shops within 10-minute drive.
