Newly & Completely Renovated and Professionally Decorated 2bed/2bath, ground floor condo in a resort style, gated community of AVALON AT CLEARWATER, just 5min drive to the world famous Clearwater Beach. The condo offers a Split Floorplan with the 2 bedrooms on opposite sides offering guests maximum privacy allowing for a very comfortable stay for a family or 2 couples. Amenities include a gorgeous, resort style, salt water pool area, bbq area, gazebo and fitness center all nestled between beautiful court yards. Condo features modern 12x24 porcelain tile throughout,(no carpeting anywhere for mold to lurk under), king beds and flat screen tv's in both bedrooms. Master has an ensuite w/step in rain head shower & walk-in closet. Both bathrooms have been completely re done brand new with new tiling, bathtub, shower and vanities. Queen sofa bed in the great room with upgraded plush mattress. Beautiful private Lanai with comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail with walkout from the Master as well as the Great room. Great room features 50" flat screen LED TV with free WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen w/granite counter tops, all new white shaker style cabinets & stainless steel appliances, refrigerator has ice maker in the freezer drawer.

Condo is stocked w/beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, cooler & large beach mat for your fun on the areas many beautiful beaches, try a different beach every day or relax in the resort style heated pool.

We got there in the evening and the building an address was difficult to find. So I would definitely recommend getting there during the day. I’ve rented a lot of Verbo‘s and usually when there’s this kind of difficulty, you can reach the owner by phone and that wasn’t an option so we just had to model through the email directions in the dark that would be my only compliant other than that the place was beautiful as described comfortable and well appointed the pool is gorgeous and the people are nice. The parking is convenient and the complex is located so close to so many cool places. I would definitely take this trip again and I would recommend this unit. Just be sure to get there during the day when you can figure out where you’re going.

This unit was great for our visit as the bedrooms were on opposite side of the unit offering maximum privacy and distance. I was there for treatment. My husband and I had the main bedroom and my mother had the second. The owner was very responsive and helpful as it was our first visit.

I'm so happy you enjoyed your stay. As you rented a home for the week & not a hotel, we do not provide your families paper & toiletry needs. There is always enough left from the previous guest to get you started until you do your grocery shopping. It is clearly detailed in the listing but should go without saying as this is why people prefer a private home to a hotel. I will replace the pillows immediately, there are also extra brand new ones in the hall closet. Had I'd been told you would have had them in 5 minutes. Thank you again for staying at Sea Salt.

Lovely vaction at The Avalon in Clearwater

Considering all of the issues that the people of Florida have had to face, after two horrific hurricanes, we had a wonderful vacation in Clearwater. The property was lovely, the pool was fantastic, and the weather was really great. A big thumbs up to all of the people of Florida for making our vacation wonderful for me and my sister.

We had an amazing stay. Everything is as described. 10 min drive to the beaches, supermarket across the street, restaurants everywhere, swimming pool is never crowded. Apartment is super clean and very comfortable. We had a blast and will definitely come back !

Amazing location, property is as advertised

Clean property, close to Clearwater Beach. Ideal for a family vacation. Away from the hustle and bustle but nice and centrally located. Went to all of the surrounding beach towns. Property looks just as advertised in the pics. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Excellent Stay

Sea Salt is a fantastic place to stay. The proximity to Clearwater/Dunedin/Tarpon Springs is perfect. Easy access to Pinellas's Trail. Alexandra is excellent to work with and made our first VRBO experience phenomenal and something that we will certainly do again (including revisiting Sea Salt)! You will not be disappointed with this rental-

We live in Canada but love coming to Florida to get away from our northern winters.

Why they chose this property

We loved this gated, beautiful community as soon as we saw it. We have always loved coming to the West Coast of Florida and Clearwater is central to everything along the coast. We can visit friends in Sarasota or drive to Orlando and Tampa Int'l Airport is so close. It is important to us to stay coastal, close to all the beaches in the area, (so many beautiful beaches to choose from, you can go to a different one every day), as well as having a truly Urban center nearby as in downtown Clearwater or Tampa for the best of both worlds.

What makes this property unique

This quiet gated community offers travelers a resort style stay right from the drive in facing the lush gardens and gorgeous club house. The heated pool with water fountains and gazebo as well as the fitness center truly make for a resort atmosphere.
