Located on the 2nd floor of a low rise apartment building on a private residential development, the property is fully air-conditioned and guests have access to a communal swimming pool with sun terrace. The lovely beach and beachside restaurants at Burriana are within 10 minutes' walk and the famous Balcon in Nerja is 20 minutes' walk away.



The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:



Outside:Large communal swimming pool, balcony with patio furniture. Access to the property is via stairs.

Inside:Air conditioning throughout (also heats in the cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), iron, hair dryer, TV. A cot and high chair, if required, can be rented locally for a small daily charge.



In the kitchen the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.

A car is recommended for visitors to the apartment for getting around but is not essential. We have an arrangement with a friendly local taxi driver who offers a competitively-priced airport transfer if required.
