Independent villa surrounded by greenery with garden with 500 square meters of green lawn, secure internal parking space.
The apartments are two, one named Emanuela and one Viviana. The "Emanuela" apartment is composed of a quadruple bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds, there is air conditioning or a chandelier-fan, a large equipped kitchen, complete with everything including a stone oven and full bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The "Viviana" apartment consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the outside in the garden there is a shower, plus the possibility of using the barbecue for outdoor grilling. The house is 3.5 km from the historic center, within 1 km there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, refueling beaches.
It is about 35 km from Trapani-Birgi airport and 90 km from Falcone-Borsellino international airport in Palermo.
