The house is located in the Andromeda Park project, near the beach. The park has a gate with security. It is a relaxed atmosphere.
The house is suitable for 4-6 people, there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms with hot and cold water and a double sofa bed (1,87 x 1,13) in the living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. The covered carport is suitable for 2 cars and has a (standard outlet) charging for an electric car.
Bedrooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning and wireless internet. Our WiFi is 20Mbps Download; 10 Mbps Upload.
The house is located on a private lot of 800 sqm, there is a gazebo with bar, fridge and barbecue area with BBQ.
There is a shaded terrace and a terrace for sun lovers.
The house has wide doors without thresholds, easy for wheelchairs. The house and kitchen are fully equipped.
It has a recreation area with pool and bar (bar presently closed). This is at the complex, a few minutes walk from the house.
The swimming pool is open 7 days a week.
The Beach Club Restaurant: Andromeda Food Concept is currently closed.

Great place!!
We had a great stay. The house was so nice! Clean, comfortable and the outside space was great to enjoy the Pedasi weather. The Andromeda pool was great too. Overlooking the sea from the pool was spectacular!!!

Exceptional property with plenty of perks. The beach club bar with the infinity pool was awesome. The owners are incredible people. Can’t say enough great things. Close to downtown too
